Coral 2.0 App Update
I forgot my password! Help!

To reset your password please go to the login page and click on the "Recover Password" option on the right side.

From there you are prompted to add your email address to recover or change your password.

Do I need to reselect my goals?

Nope! They are all there, they’re just called journeys.

Will my progress have changed?

Nope! All the units you have already completed are marked as complete.

How do I see all the content in-app?

We wanted to make your life simpler, so you can no longer see all the content. What you see is limited to the journeys you’ve selected. If this is confusing for you, please let us know!

If you originally sign up with a phone number the account will be under that phone number. When you create an account with an email address, you will not be able to login to that account with a phone number.

I don’t see as much free content anymore, what gives?

As part of the update, we have changed our content model. If you’re loving Coral content, and you’d like more than you can now access, we hope you’re open to upgrading to premium!

Date Night
What is Date Night?

Date night is a monthly live event hosted by Isharna, our founder and CEO, and one of our sex and relationship experts. The event is a guided, interactive experience where you get to connect with your partner in new and exciting ways. Date night is free for premium Coralers, or $20 otherwise.

When are they?
Date nights are hosted on a monthly basis.
Will I be on camera?
Nope! You’ll be able to see the hosts and submit a written question, but your camera and mic will be disabled for the duration of the event.
Do you offer recordings?

Yes, we offer a recording of the event in case you missed it or would like to view it again! This recording is only available to people who registered for the event (free for Premium Coralers, $20 for everyone else), and will be shared shortly after the event.

Are they free for subscribers?

Yes! Date Night events are free for current subscribers.
For non-subscribers the cost is $20 per event for both partners.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account using an email or a phone number. If you originally sign up with a phone number the account will be under that phone number. When you create an account with an email address, you will not be able to log in to that account with a phone number.

Billing/Subscription
Can I use Coral for free?

Absolutely! We’ve made a number of lessons, exercises, stories and quizzes available to non-subscribers in the app and will be adding more periodically. You can also see and participate in some community conversations. In order to take advantage of the full range of our content (including new units added weekly) and access your personalized journey, we’d recommend a subscription.

What do I get if I subscribe?

The full Coral experience! This includes unrestricted access to your personalized journey, The Pulse (your weekly sex tracker) and our community. We also give you complete access to our new lessons, exercises, stories and quizzes that are added weekly!.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the subscription page, you have several options depending on you purchased your subscription.

Can I gift Coral?

Yes! You can give the gift of horizontal happiness and show someone how much they mean to you with 12 months of Coral for $59.99.

(Gift codes are valid for six months after the date of purchase)

How do I get a refund?
If you're on an Apple device:

The best way to request a refund is through Apple’s customer support. Read about Apple’s refunding policy and how to request a refund here.


If you're on an Android device:

Partners
How do I link accounts?
  1. In the app, tap the “…” at the bottom right of the app and select “Profile”
  2. Scroll down to where you see “Partner”
  3. Hit the “Connect Now” button
  4. You can invite your partner by giving them the code verbally or texting it to them using the “text my code” button
Your partner will receive an email or SMS with your invitation.
Can my partner access my app?

Nope! Your account is private to you and you alone. All that syncs between your app and your partner's is the subscription settings and the partner chat.

I haven't paid, can I still link my partner?

You can absolutely link your accounts, however, you won’t get the full benefits of partner mode (read: buy one subscription, get one free) unless one of you has subscribed.

I sent the link to the wrong address…

Double-check the linked accounts by going back to your Account Settings and selecting "Partner." Select the email or phone number to unlink the invitation and then follow the steps to set your partner up again.

Privacy and Data
How do you keep my data safe?

Exploiting your data isn’t our business. We are committed to creating the safest, most trustworthy environment for our users to develop and grow. We’re conscious of the sensitive information we’re collecting and we take your privacy very seriously, which is why we follow GDPR privacy guidelines (the world's strongest protection rules).

How do I delete my data?

If you would like to request or delete your data, we have a simple button in the app for requesting this yourself in an automated and secure way.

Under the Account Settings, select the “My Data" option where you can delete your personal data and the account will be totally deleted.

How do I unsubscribe from emails and/or text messages?

To unsubscribe from all Coral text messages reply “STOP” to the last text received. You should get a confirmation message when you have been unsubscribed.

To unsubscribe from all Coral emails click on the “Unsubscribe” option at the bottom of any Coral email. You can also edit your email settings in your profile.
